How to Measure for Panties
Measure your waist. Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Keep it flat and snug, not tight.
Measure your hips. Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Match the number. Leporem sizes go by waist, so use your waist number in the calculator above. Your hip number helps when you compare with brands that size by hip.
Thongs and G-strings sit mostly on the waistband, so the waist matters most. If you are between two sizes, pick the smaller one.

It depends on the brand. Leporem sizes go by waist because thongs and G-strings rest on the waistband. Brands with fuller-coverage briefs often size by hip, so check each brand's chart.
Do Leporem thongs run big or small?
They run a little big because the fine lace and mesh stretch. Most returns say the pair was bigger than expected, so order one size down from your usual size.
I am between two sizes. Which one should I pick?
Pick the smaller size. The waistband stretches to fit, and a pair that is too big slides down during the day.
How do I measure my waist for underwear?

What sizes do the lace thongs and mesh G-strings come in?
